I use Xero or QuickBooks Online for all clients. If you are not already on Xero or QBO, I assist with setup or conversion and will discuss which software will be best for you!

I try to keep it simple. I typically need:

• Bank statements
• Credit card statements
• Any large purchase invoices or loan documents

Most items can be pulled automatically once I have access to your accounts.

I work on your books monthly and complete the full month-end close by the 15th of each month. I send you an email with your reports and a quick summary. That way, you always have up-to-date financials.

We use a secure, private folder system for document uploads. You can drag-and-drop files from your phone or computer.

Most clients are fully onboarded within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how quickly I receive account access and needed documents.

My monthly bookkeeping packages start at $499/month, with pricing based on the needs and complexity of your business. Every business is a little different, so I’ll take the time to understand what you need before providing a quote.

If your books need some extra love before we can get into a regular monthly rhythm, there may be a one-time cleanup or setup fee. I’ll always walk you through what’s needed and what it will cost before we get started.

Once we’re working together, you’ll have simple, predictable monthly billing through automatic payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.
